Relentless MMA Muay Thai Kickboxing and Weapons training

Here's a clip from one of our classes focusing on offense and defense just using punches.  This is a controlled drill to get people use to what it's like to spar and eventually fight.  The goal is to get relaxed, maintain balance, and breathing and to develop timing, range, and overall GREAT defense.




In this video we're covering the Filipino Martial Arts of Kali/Arnis/ Escrima.  Working on our defense against weapons and how and when to engage someone with a blunt weapon and how to neutralize them.

Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Attacks from side control


Here's a recent video I did at Relentless MMA in Chantilly.  Here are just a few submissions you can do from one of my favorite positions, Side Control or 100 kilo's position.  I really like this chain because it doesn't require a lot of energy just knowing what the most common defenses and moves your opponent will do when put under pressure.
